In my opinion the best episodes are:
Come Undone: An amazing finale to the series with a phenomenal ending and epilogue. The Man in the Mirror - Through the Curtain: Just an amazing end of the series with the most drama and intrigue Scooby Doo has ever had. Escape From Mystery Manor: An amazing episode set in an underground mansion with a villainous Danny Darrow. Awesome flashbacks to the old gang and high drama. Wrath of Krampus: An awesome episode that saw the gang united and victorious. All Fear the Freak: An amazing season 1 finale with a very creepy monster in the Freak and flashbacks to the old gang. A Haunting in Crystal Cove: A spooky episode featuring the excellent Mayor Jones and a mysterious shadow.

Hard to narrow down but I'll try my best: Watt a Shocking Ghost: Best episode of the series, has all the tropes, a creative villain, the parrot interrogation scene is a good bit The Creepy Creature of Vulture's Claw: Good "Whodunnit?" style mystery, has a wide range of suspects, and early self-aware humor Creepy Cruise: Solid premise and an interesting villain plan Jeepers It's the Jaguaro: Unique monster design and a stronger emphasis on action and adventure if incredibly racist The Creepy Heap from the Deep: Another amazingly bizarre monster. This show and Mystery Incorporated had the best monsters I really thought about Watt a Shocking Ghost as its such an iconic episode. The series is really underrated and has so many good episodes I could not include them all. I don't remember much about Vulture's Claw but I'll have to rewatch. I don't remember Jaguaro as being that great but I do love Creepy Heap and Creepy Cruise

Guess Who's Knott Coming to Dinner: Lively performance by Don Knotts as well as a perfectly convoluted mystery The Secret of Shark Island: Such witty comedy writing. It's rare that classic Scooby is this genuinely funny but Cher's deadpan delivery and Sonny's goofball charm really sell it The Ghostly Creep From The Deep: Had to have a Harlem Globetrotters episode The Caped Crusaders Caper: Not very good but definitely indicative of the series I did enjoy the Knotts episode and Sonny and Cher were the best guests it just wasn't that great of a mystery and monster. In my opinion the Ghostly Creep from the Deep is not that great of an episode, it's definitely top half but I like the other two Globetrotters episodes way more. The Caped Crusader Caper is also the inferior Batman episode to me as well

Jeepers It's The Creeper: What he said The Backstage Rage: Suspenseful set-up, Mysterious villain, Creepy imagery Haunted House Hang-Up: Surprising twist, Stereotypically 60s chase song plus Shaggy, Scooby, & Velma as a comedy trio Bedlam at the Bigtop: Eerie atmosphere, Genuinely threatening bad guy, Not much of a mystery but makes up for it with the first two I think the Backstage Rage and Bedlam at the Bigtop are two of the scariest Scooby Doo episodes ever. Especially when the doorman's head falls off. The only knock on Bedlam is a iconic villain. The only knock on Bedlam is not great of a mystery or suspects

1. A Night of Fright is No Delight - Best mystery of the series and the creepy atmosphere in that old Colonels mansion is perfect. The Phantom shadows make for fantastic villains and all hell breaks loose when the gang finally comes face to face with them in the catacombs. 2. Foul Play in Funland - my favourite antagonist in the series is Charlie the Robot so this always ranks at the peak. Another Great setting with Funland and the episode seems more like a thriller, at times, more than a comedic kids show. 3. Haunted House Hang-Up - Best setting in the entire series for me. That creepy southern mansion really does make this one of my favourites and I really like the neat twist at the end. Headless spectre may come off as a slightly goofier villian but the thought of him in that mansion is scary as hell. I do love Foul Play in Funland and I would say the episode is amazing up until the end which I thought was somewhat of a letdown. I also love Haunted House Hang-Up which had an awesome twist of two villains. The only knock is the kinda lame villain and I'm surprised this is your favorite setting of the series I don't remember it being that great

I liked the monsters in Halloween Hassle and thought about including it but a little too cheesy. Mission Undooable is one of my least favorite and indicative of the parody episodes I don't like in this series. The episodes in this series with actual mysteries and the whole gang shine, the rest fall flat I'll also add South Pole Vault to my list. Not much to say about it but I enjoy the premise and how nuts the villain is. That's on many peoples' list for this series and I don't understand why. I don't remember it being that great

I was trying to think of Thanksgiving themed movies or episodes to watch and all I could think of was:
Witch's Ghost World of Witchcraft
Can anyone think of any others?

In my opinion the best episodes are:
Almost Ghosts: The one episode that largely features the whole gang with a semi-mystery and "ghosts"
Uncle Albert Alert: An awesome series finale with a big twist.
Mystery of the Missing Mystery Solver: A fun mystery themed episode with mystery solving guests

In my opinion the best episodes are:
For Letter or Worse: A really fun mystery, great guest characters, a fun setting of the TV station, and the ghost of Al Cabone.
The Schnook Who Took My Comic Book: A really fun monster in Doctor Croaker, a cool comic book convention setting, and fun guest characters.
Robopup: An awesome mystery set in Daphne's mansion with fun guest characters.
