In my opinion the best episodes are:
That's Monstertainment: In my opinion the best demon of the series along with a fun concept of the gang being sent in a television series and the gang being in their house.
To All the Ghouls I've Loved Before: A fun pilot that gives you hope for the series with the best Werd and Bogel appearance.

Here are the best episodes in my opinion:
Nutcracker Scoob: One of the best Scooby Doo Christmas episodes ever with an awesome villain of the Ghost of Christmas Never and a orphanage.
Happy Birthday Scooby Doo: An awesome birthday themed episode featuring the whole gang honoring Scooby. Features a past villain coming back and Fred being accused.
Ghost of the Ancient Astronauts: An awesome adventure episode with the whole gang featurin cruises, castles, snakes, zombies, and aliens. Velma and Fred appear
Doom Service: A fun episode set in a hotel overlooking the mountains with a fun cast of hotel guests.
Sherlock Doo: An awesome mystery with fellow mystery solvers and a Fred appearance.
Night of the Living Toys: A fun mystery set in a woodland toy shop.

For me the best episodes are:
Wedding Bells & Boos: A really fun episode that is centric on the Scooby and Shaggy family. It has a fun ghost, a cool setting, and guest stars Rogers and Doos.
Hound of the Scoobyvilles: A great mystery that is set in a cool setting of a British moor, an awesome Hound villain, and Scooby being accused of being the monster.
Where's Scooby Doo: A fun twist on the Murder on the Orient Express with the mystery set on a train.
No Thanks Masked Manx: A fun mystery set in Daphne's family mansion.

I'm curious, what specifically don't you like about Boo Brothers, Ghoul School and Reluctant Werewolf? Those would all be "Scooby Do Absolutely"'s for me. To me there are a lot of reasons. As a kid I thought they were good but watching them as an adult I would just rather watch other Scooby things. They have no hardly any mystery, don't feature Fred Velma and Daphne, have Scrappy being annoying by narrating clues and Scrappy raps, bad animation, did not enjoy Googie or the Boo Brothers, really long, padded, and just felt filled with filler.

Generally agree, though Boo Brothers is a Scooby Do for me (it had such a cool intricate mystery plot with treasure hunt and multiple disguises, so even Scrappy didn't spoil it for me), and Be Cool Scooby-Doo is a Scooby Don't (I dislike the simplistic art and exaggerated goofiness which diminishes the mystery angle and character psychology). Also, "The Richie Rich/Scooby-Doo Show" is a huge Scooby Don't for me: it has only the comedy antics of running away from REAL monsters, and lacks both the detective element of "fake monster" stories and the horror/supernatural element of "real monsters" stories like Zombie Island and Witch's Ghost. I agree that Richie Rich/Scooby Doo Show is probably the low point of the entire franchies. Boo Brothers is just really long, padded, missing Daphne Fred and Velma, has Scrappy, and has poor animation. Taking off the nostalgia goggles I would just rather watch other things. Be Cool Scooby Doo is great if you give it a chance, I disliked the art and style too at first

I'm not a fan of any of them. Probably most exciting was Josie and the Pussycats. I voted Speed Buggy
