My personal favorite is Josie & the Pussycats. Alexandra Cabot is seriously one of my cartoon idols and Melody is so adorable. The fact that they basically had Casey Kasem reprise his role as Shaggy certainly gives it an edge on other Scooby imitators and I also love the wacky scifi plots.

You can't beat The Funky Phantom. Only Captain Caveman comes close.

I'm not a fan of any of them. Probably most exciting was Josie and the Pussycats. I voted Speed Buggy

Mike Tyson Mysteries! Also, Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries, though I'm not sure it's a Scooby-Doo ripoff.

Speed Buggy and Jabberjaw are two that I'm not crazy about because neither group ever actually solves mysteries. Every villain on those two shows is always some z-list Bond villain who is plotting to take over the world. I also was not impressed with Inch High Private Eye because every episode shows who the culprit in like the second scene and it is made clear they're the villain right then and there because they'll always brag to their henchmen about evil they are and how they are the world's greatest criminal mind. Also the villains on that show always have the most ridiculous motives driving their crimes.

Clamhead is way more of a Jughead ripoff than a Shaggy ripoff.

I will have to probably go with Speed Buggy as my favorite rip off, but none of them are really that memorable to me. Josie and the Pussycats would probably be a close second because of the music aspect. My problem with these though, is the lack of a mystery and more of the group defeating a super villain.

None of them, because I haven't watched any of them. That's because they were completely overshadowed by Scooby Doo here in Poland. Josie and the Pussycats, Captain Caveman and Jabberjaw were dubbed by WB Poland, but they haven't gained any popularity. They were probably broadcasted a few times and now are practically forgotten. Speed Buggy and The Funky Phantom weren't even translated to polish, not to mention the other Scooby ripoffs.

In America, they never seem to air it which sucks.

In America, they never seem to air it which sucks. Yes, Be Cool Scooby Doo is aired in both Cartoon Network (twice a day) and Boomerang (six times a day - three two-episode blocs). CN Poland is a bit different than its american counterpart - despite airing Teen Titans Go! eight times a day, they still have Dexter's Laboratory, Cow and Chicken and Courage the Cowardly Dog (presumably for older fans - these are all scheduled after 10 pm CET). Also not long ago, Boomerang Poland aired SDWAY and The SD Show regularly. Surprisingly, there's also The New Scooby Doo & Scrappy Doo Show aired daily at 7:30 am CET in Super Polsat, a TV station belonging to Polsat - the biggest private-owned TV broadcaster in Poland.
