I made a visual campaigning for Scrappy-Doo. I feel he didn't get any love in the internet for a long time. If you agree, feel free to post to your social media accounts.

It would be nice to unscrap him. If Flim Flam can make a comeback, so can Scrappy.

Wait tell the new 13th Ghost movie comes out. Most are speculating he may just not be in the trailer.

I have to say, it did my heart a lot of good to see on the Curse of the 13th Ghost trailer vid comment sections so many people complaining about the seeming absence of Scrappy. Even though he got a lot of hate, it's good to see people understand that Scrappy was an integral and vital part of the 13 Ghosts storyline and it feels like something is off without him.

I'd like to see Scrappy get a chance at a come back. Tone down the bits people didn't like, focus on the bits people did like, and he could be a welcome addition to the gang again. At least give him a chance after all this time.

A bit behind here, but count me in the camp that thinks if Scrappy is getting a second start i would bank it was already decided going into Curse of the 13th Ghost. So I think if we need a serious campaign we might want to wait and see for sure if he isn't in that movie somewhere.

And yes now I agree that it would be a good idea to start making sure those that want more Scrappy express our desire a little more. (And to be honest anyone who wants WB to be doing more with any HB, RS or MGM character should probably be doing the same right about now)
Whether or not anything will work, is another issue. But it still would be a good idea to make sure more places people look show that there are people who'd like to see more of him.

Double post, but this one is an important thing to draw attention to. Before any more serious or not fan efforts if one of our members who have a podcast can arrange an interview with Tim Sheridan, please try to ask him on Scrappy. In a tweet he already mentioned he'd like to do them and did mention Scrappy as a talking point.
If there is someone or something blocking a serious Scrappy return at WB, this is a inside person who may be able to shed some light on that. At the very least we may learn if there is a chance at all or not. That is some information that would be really nice to have before considering anything like a campaign or just internet shenanigans.

Sadly, I think it's just time to give up on any idea of them ever bringing back Scrappy with any sort of grace. It's become evident WB is just interesting in continuing the same tired old meme-y "haha Scrappy sucks! let's all hate him!" line for perpetuity. Let's face it - Curse of the 13th Ghost was THE prime spot and opportunity they had for bringing Scrappy back, and they flubbed it for yet another boring dismissive and disrespectful Scrappy joke.

Scrappy wasn't even a silhouette in the title sequence. He had a cameo in Scoobynatural, an interesting arc and important part in Apocalypse but doen't even get a nod in the 13th ghost.

Perhaps WB is just saving his return for the 2020 Hanna-Barbera movie.

Either that or no one really knows what to do with the pup but DC. DC is at least making good use of Scrappy.

The campaign is hopeless. Scrappy won't return in 2020 movie nor in the near future, because WB is still negatively biased towards him. Maybe not the entire WB, but I'm almost certain that there are some key execs thinking in 2002 movie's way, who block any ideas of bringing him back and I think it just happened during the production of The Curse of the 13th Ghost. I also think that the main reason of not putting him into the movie was marketing - Scrappy wouldn't sell, because most of audience is biased too.
I don't think there's free space for Scrappy as a "new" member of the gang. As I remember, SD&SD season 1 episodes with full gang + Scrappy were pretty rushed and everyone (including Scrappy) had very limited screentime, with no chance of any character development in standard 22 minutes. Cutting Fred and Velma isn't an option, because it's not 1979 and their position is too strong. No TV station would air longer Scooby Doo episodes and DTVs with Scrappy wouldn't sell, so this is no option too.
In my opinion Scrappy should once return as a guest character, but nothing more. Instead of reintroducing Scrappy, WB should focus on better writing and better current gang characters development, because they have obvious problems in these areas.
