I have a request to make, regarding clues used in Scooby-Doo episodes.
Does anybody have a full list of clues used in robbery, kidnapping and fraud plots that they could share with us?

I am thinking this "remembering Casey Kasem" image is likely due to what would have been the voice actor's 86th birthday yesterday.

If I recall, during the final years of Harvey Comics publications, all titles, save for "Richie Rich The Poor Ltitle Rich Boy", were published bi-monthly. I do know that one Richie Rich title was likely expanded to be published semi-annual basis in 1982.
Now, it seems like DC's run of SDWAY is headed down that road. This implies that sales are down, and what DC is likely trying to do is slow down its demise.
If we see heavy reprints in the next several issues, expect the end of the series to be around the corner.

I remember back in the early 1980s, Harvey Comics did struggle financially, and there were a barrage of reprints of Richie Rich stories in 1982. And look at what happened later that year - Harvey closed up shop.
That said, given the high volume of reprints as of lately, this is a likely indicator that the "Where Are You" series isn't selling well, and I think it looks like the series is on the way out.

My series would be titled "Scooby and Scrappy-Doo, Too". The cast would be the two canines, with Shaggy and Daphne being the only two main human characters, and would be in 3D format.
The series would involve mysteries set in college, but fighting against bullies, criminals, and at times organized crime.

Crouching Daphne, Hidden Velma by hojojitsu.deviantart.com/ Please note that some of their work is NSFW (it's behind DA's mature content filter so will be invisible if you view the gallery not logged in). Were these versions of Daphne and Velma created in DAZ Studio or Poser, or what program? I'd be quite interested in creating a 3D version of Daphne. I did purchase the Millennium Dog, which would make a great Scooby. As for the teens, the best I could do by this point was Velma.

It's very surprising that Frank Welker still retains his Fred Jones voice to this day. Is he getting close to age 80 at this point?

How about a crop-top and cargo pants? Or is that look too 2003? Reminds me of a certain April O'Neil from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Or dressed in hip-hop gear, which looks too much like 2003. Not my cup of tea, either way.

It seems as if I can easily draw Daphne using a program such as GIMP, Paint Shop Pro or Macromedia Flash 8. All I have to do is import an image, and add a layer. Trace the outline, and color them in.
I even used Macromedia Flash 8 to create an "invisible" version of Daphne - with a dashed outline as if it would appear in a comic book. I'll gladly post it at some point.

Is it just me, or has Velma become saucy in recent incarnations? For her to say "SHUT UP!" sounds a bit off, unlike in the 20th century incarnations - but funny, nonetheless.

The Richie Rich episode "The Maltese Monkey", was also aired in the 1982-83 season, but the only difference is, the monkey got reclaimed and two thugs were arrested. It had Richie explain the mystery like Velma Dinkley normally would, and is likely the only Zillion Dollar Adventures segment to entirely revolve around a Scooby-Doo style plot. That episode was probably better than "Maltese Mackerel" as it ended on a good note, with no cliffhanger.
"The Maltese Mackerel" was later rebroadcast on "Scooby's Mystery Funhouse", if I recall. I think the two aforementioned segments were likely based on the 1940s film "The Maltese Falcon".

I am thinking that Bill Nye's dance number in the video is more like the task of recording dance moves, and the person he danced with, implies that in an episode of this upcoming new series, Bill Nye could be a guest star seen dancing with Daphne Blake.
Based on the background music, it sounds like he is dancing to 1950s music, and based on some of his episodes of "Bill Nye the Science Guy" in the 1990s, he seems to be a fan of 1950s music and jive dancing. Ironically, he was only 5 years old when the 1960s rolled around.
I actually wonder if this new series could be the first team-up series since "The New Scooby-Doo Movies", only it would involve famous people of modern-day?

I am interested to find out an episode title, which appears to be from the "What's New" era.
The scene has Daphne sitting in a vehicle, with her bare feet on the dashboard, and wearing her usual dress, but with no green scarf, which implies this is from the "What's New" era. Does anybody know what episode title it is, and what series it is from?

I wonder if this two-part episode's title was a callback to the older series title "Scooby-Doo Where Are You"?

Grey Griffin is my close second ranked voice of Daphne, despite sounding nasally. But Heather is what made it the Daphne we all know and love. Now, only Fred and Velma's original voices are remaining among the most recent "Where Are You" cast.
