I would like to see Scooby and the gang meet any of the Green Lanterns (Hal Jordan, John Stewart, Guy Gardner, Kyle Rayner, or Simon Baz and Jessica Cruz). Superman would be great to see too or Hawkman or the Atom. I'd also like to see them meet other Robins beside Dick Grayson. They probably wouldn't be able to use Red Hood due to Jason's backstory but they could easily use Red Robin (Tim Drake) or Damian Wayne. I hope Donna Troy appears in the Wonder Woman episode. Green Arrow would be fun to see too. As would a third encounter with Plastic Man and thus a second one with Woozy Winks. Stargirl would be cool as would Cyclone. In the Team up comics Shaggy already met Cyclone's grandmother (the original Red Tornado, a human woman named Ma Hunkel). There's also Hawk and Dove or even Apache Chief.

They could always use the Grayson-lite days iteration of Jason if the needed to. Just say it was some sort of Bat-duping as Bruce likes to do. Or even have them meet Bette Kane, the wackiest Batgirl/Flamebird seeing as Babs hogs all the spotlight and Bette & Steph just barely got animated debuts in yj. (and maybe Beyond for Stephanie but that's unconfirmed)

Is this only on the streaming service, if it us it'll make the show US only? I would presume yes, based on the second line "The family-friendly premium video subscription service is serving up new series featuring classic animated characters. Scooby-Doo and Guess Who? brings back the Mystery Inc. gang for some sleuthing adventures with celebrity guests..." I bet it will air on TV in other countries like they did with Be Cool, Scooby-Doo. I can't imagine they'd deprive every other country of the series completely. The new versions of Wacky Races and Wizard of Oz are airing on the Boomerang channel in Brazil (other countries too, I think), so I presume "Guess Who?" will air the same way.

Batman is a bit overused by this point. This will mark his fourth crossover with the franchise. You mean his ninth. He appeared in 5 issues of team-up.

Has there been any new information on the show?

Personally I'd prefer this one to be more slice of life/Guest-Star of the week just like most of the classic seasons. Their attempts to do Scooby shows with overarching series long plot lines never turn out very well or otherwise just fail to pay off. First 13 Ghosts was cancelled when they had only recaptured eleven of the escaped demons. Then we get a Pup Named Scooby-Doo and then What's New, both used mysteries that were more slice of life and lasted about three seasons each. Get a Clue tried to do a series long story arc but that series was an absolute train wreck and most Scooby fans I know prefer to pretend it doesn't exist. Finally Mystery Inc was the series most heavily marketed as having a story arc that would last the whole series and it completely screwed up the dynamic and relationship quality among the gang in favor of unneeded soap opera drama. They've already had three chances to do a series long story arc and they haven't gotten it right once. I think they should instead at most do SEASON long subplot story arcs that focus on the gang's lives and relationships but instead of the way mystery inc handled it, these arcs should be more like the arcs of a sitcom than those of a soap opera. The arcs should also take a back seat to the main plot of each episode.

I think most would say that Mystery Incorporated was done really well. The romance between the character was done very poorly is the only complaint I heard from most fans. I do agree with them taking a break with the long story arch and do maybe a few story arcs in each season, though I think Guess Who is going to be more like The New Scooby Doo Movies where there really isn't anything connecting the episodes. Just them meeting another celebrity and solving another mystery.

Oh no, I heard Advantage Audio is going to do the sound services for "Scooby-Doo and Guess Who!" This probably means virtually no Hanna-Barbera sound effects (except for maybe the classic Scooby teeth chatter, of course), like when they worked on "Be Cool, Scooby-Doo;" instead they largely used the H-B sound effects on "Wabbit"/"New Looney Tunes." Hopefully Advantage Audio won't be working on the upcoming Looney Tunes Cartoons revival either. I swear, Warner Bros. Animation wants all their classic properties reboots to have almost completely different sound effects from the originals, even going as far as switching them (like getting WB/Looney Tunes sound effects under Scooby-Doo, and H-B sound effects under Looney Tunes!)

I honestly prefer this modernization trend. I love the original sounds but those are what make the original cartoons classics. So they should just stay in the past tbh

Tbh they’re just going through a modernization process and I’m not mad about it

I just wish they'd give us a trailer for the show or a release date or even a poster image.

All the Warner shakeups at this point is probably the only obstacle left in the way. They of course had an extra unexpected layer with their president resigning. So they have to first settle the top leadership, then settle the lower leadership, and then implement the new lay of the land on day to day programming. All of that could still take some time. With no news leaks we don't know how far along that is right now.
Due to the past games and politics we know this show is probably going to have two seasons ready to go off the bat. Whether they really want to consider a third or just start up a new wave of legacy properties for a new era on the channels is a question I think is legitimately worth considering on their parts. Especially considering this show is a crossover series instead of just a pure new Scooby series.

Here's a new promo image from the Boomerang streaming service. Apparently it will premiere soon. Looks cool to me. I can only recognize Batman in the right corner, I think that's Weird Al Yankovic next to him, and Sherlock Holmes in the left corner.
