Could they both accidentally brush up against the mask so it's left uncertain who caused it to break? The mummy could blame R because he was convinced that R did it. 1. Brush up how exactly with both of them? 2. I had some potential ideas. Like maybe the mummycomes to take it and it's newly done or something,

1. Both of them could be standing near the area where the mask is, with their backs to it, and one of them could brush up against it. However, they both would be standing so close to it that it would be left unknown which one of them actually caused it to break.
2. That's a good idea.

Ok, finished it and you can check it out if you want Ok, I'm on the fight and now, this is something I need to discuss. Should I give them powers or not? Like would it stray too far from the G.S feel at this point?

It seemed to work okay in the OK K.O. crossover episode, so I don't see why it wouldn't work well here.

You think O.K K.O dd that well? Ok, then, well any ideas for powers? For R was thinking fireballs, O he could make energy gloves over his fist, and that's it. I was suggested hidden weapons for G but I feel that toos ninja-esque/anime esque and strays too far

The powers were one of my complaints, as well as the fact that Sybella and Tanis seemed very off-character. But, given you said you wanted a fanfic that was sort of like a cross between Ghoul School and the OK K.O. episode, I think the powers would be appropriate. I don't think hidden weapons is a good idea either, given it's not really a power. Honestly any power would probably work, and if you wanted to make it similar to the powers featured in OK K.O., then you would probably know best given I've never seen the show beyond that one episode.

A few things. 1. I did mention before that I wanted this to be mainly/primarily a ghoul school story. It isn't a crossover, what I just meant was that maybe O.K K.O people could show up in a shared setting at one point. It is a a GS story foremost. So with that mind, is powers bad? Also, which powers did you feel strayed away from the movie feel? Enids or the ghoul girls as well.
I was thinking powers as I didn't want the five guys to seem helpless or something.

Ah, sorry, I had forgotten that. Powers aren't necessarily bad, but I think there should be some sort of origin story behind them so it doesn't seem random. Especially if you plan to give the interns powers, which I don't have a major concern with. I felt the girls' powers specifically were out of character for them, and Sybella in particular seemed almost evil with her powers. Sybella's only powers in the original film were being able to turn into a bat at will, so it's unexplained in the OK K.O. episode why she suddenly has different powers that she never used in the original film. Same for the other girls. That was my only concern with the powers aspect. Did you feel it was out of character for them at all when you watched the episode?

You didn't like their powers? I liked it and was going on that angle with how I depicted the girls powers. I felt it was fine as time has passed after all. If I do that for the girls, then I guess intern powers won't take away. Ok in that case, I just need help developing like 3 more powers.

Yeah, I guess I'm just a purist when it comes to sequels/remakes haha. I felt it was too out of character for them and was bothered that the powers just suddenly appeared in that episode when they were never used/mentioned in the original. It kinda creates a plot hole in the original Ghoul School film too, as if Sybella was as powerful as she was shown to be in the OK K.O. episodes, would she not have been able to get away from the Spider-Bats?
Super speed, invisibility and super flexibility? Idk these are the first to come to mind.

in the meantime, can we discuss other ideas then? Of course! What other ideas do you have that you'd like to discuss? Ok, well I had some story/chapter/episode ideas to start off. For one, I had an idea that maybe G gets cursed with bad luck when Tanis receives an item and when it gets worse, she has to help him end the curse. And not sure if I shared this, but at one point, like B would accidentally kill Miss Grimmwoods garden by using too much of a product or something, which gets her depressed. To try and fix it, B like purchases or great something which revives the garden but makes it go out of control. I also had an idea involving the Boo Brothers somehow?
