I was wondering that too. Instead of a Spooky Tales release we got the Scrappy set earlier this year. So maybe (hopefully) they've decided to switch back to season sets.

You're right. I was confusing it with the BCSD set. It is strange there has been no other releases.

While this late with no hint of a special, I'm inclined to think the Spooky Tales line is probably done for. The budget for what went to them I think may now be going to the Lego Scooby Doo line, that as I posted in the TCM thread has one listed for next year two.
As far as season sets, the pattern was that WHV was releasing one Hanna Barbera set per year, the rest through Warner Archive. 2012 WHV's release was Spooky Games, which helped re-start the Laff-a-lympics. 2013 and 2014 it didn't go to Scooby and went to Tom and Jerry kids and Flintstone Kids respectively. 2015 saw a surprise in the Scooby and Scrappy season set and the Tom and Jerry Gene Deitch set.
2016's only announcement so far is The Halloween Tree, a special originally released by the Warner Archive is getting a store release. This is the first time this has happened. Where one got a re-release. Whether or not there is another one on tap for the year, remains to be seen.
WHV's press releases are only up to early October, there's still some time for one to sneak in. But either way we should soon be finding out if last year was the new pattern (meaning there's a second 2016 release) or if it was a lucky break (meaning there's not a second 2016 release)
