I found this today on the WB site. Here's some info about the event from the "News" section of ScoobyAddicts.com:
As part of an ongoing partnership with Scooby-Doo and Cesar Millan, the National Family Pack Walk in Lake Balboa Park , LA, California brings together humans and dogs for a day filled with fun activities, games, training and education. The entire experience is geared toward enhancing the relationship between owner and dog, kicking off with the main event – a 1.5-mile Pack Walk led by Cesar Millan and Scooby-Doo. The event is on Sunday, October 30.

Here's more info: Scooby-Doo, Cesar Millan and friends are headed to the National Mall in Washington, DC on September 29th, 2012 for the 2nd Annual National Family Pack Walk event. This is not your average walk in the park; they will be walking to save the lives of dogs at this year's event.
Cesar Millan will kick-off the event with a one mile Pack Walk. Upon completion of the walk, attendees will return to the event area for an afternoon filled with fun, mystery, education and much more presented by Scooby-Doo, Mutt-i-grees®, North Shore Animal League America and other partners.

It's a great thing they are doing! I always appreciate when celebrities do good for the community. It makes it better that Scooby is involved!
