at target it was a two in one dvd Scooby doo and the Ghoul School/ Scooby Doo legend of the Vampire? how does that make sense

It's Warner Home Video. They've also put out a 3-disc pack consisting of Where Are You?, Mystery Incorporated and What's New.

There's also one with Zombie Island and Alien Invaders. Why not Witch's Ghost instead of AI?

I also think its odd which back titles they have chosen to release on Bluray...Cyber Chase and Aloha?!? Why not start with Zombie Island?
