I've seen some of it. It's ok. Of course I haven't watched Looney Tunes in years so...

In my Opinion I think they should stop remaking cartoons of the past. Leave them be. It just goes to show that Hollywood has run out of ideas. Just my opinion.

It's just OK, the original version seems a lot better.

The original was much better! It's hard to get used to the new voices and all too! I haven't seen a whole episode yet.

Um, you do realize Scooby Doo could be considered a cartoon of the past? ;D 42 years is a long time, right, particularly since this is, what, the eleventh incarnation of the same cartoon? Like Scooby, I think Looney Tunes can be done right with a little imagination. In fact, WB might just be doing the same thing they did with Scooby Doo, giving a slightly more mature take on the classic characters! I'm giving it a chance, and it's pretty OK right now.

I think it depends on the show and the direction they take it in. The creator of Family Guy rebooting the Flintsones just sounds like a bad idea.

bluntly, its not very good daffy is a complete dunce and while it is nice having june foray voicing granny after all these years, the other characters really haven;t worked so far lola's been in one episode and she's an obsessive ditz. gossamers singing was terrible, and yosemite is annoying deadbeat

I liked the episode with Bugs and Daffy's vacation at a spa. Most posters on the CN forum seemed to really like it.

So far the show seems to vary for me. It's pretty interesting and I find some bits of it funny. But I don't really like how they made Bugs a big jerk, they made the Witch be more like Mammy Two-Shoes from the old "Tom and Jerry" cartoon, and Speedy Gonzales's newer and deeper voice. The character redesigns seem to remind me of the redesigns used for the Scooby gang on "Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated." In fact, both shows carry a LOT of similarities. I am pretty sure both shows feature many of the same WB staff members. The animation for the Looney Tunes Show uses the more superior overseas animation studios Rough Draft Korea, Toon City Animation and Yearim Productions Co. Ltd; while Scooby-Doo just uses Lotto Animation, DongWoo Animation Co. Ltd. (a LOT!) and Saerom Animation. In fact, I DO wish the Looney Tunes Show was animated like that Road Runner/Wile E. Coyote cameo on "What's New, Scooby-Doo": It actually has the classic Looney Tunes look and feel to the sequence; the animation is very good and the characters are on-model, they even use most of the classic sound effects (except when Wile E.'s feet are scrambling before crashing, they use that H-B "wild scrambling" noise they use at least once in every episode), and the music also seems a bit Carl Stalling-like, but done on synthesizers. I can't be wishy-washy any longer; I think THIS is how "The Looney Tunes Show" should've been animated! The characters retain their completely classic look, yet still fit in a contemporary project. This segment was animated by Lotto Animation, and it looks pretty good. Lotto also did some animation for the "Duck Dodgers" series. I would actually like to see Lotto Animation be involved with "The Looney Tunes Show;" I have the feeling they could do some pretty good work with the Looney Tunes gang (even better than DongWoo Animation!) At least so far the Looney Tunes Show isn't the flawed "What's New Scooby-Doo"-style revival like I thought it would be! Ever since Sander Schwartz created that excuse for a Scooby-Doo series, I haven't trusted Warner Bros. Animation that much ever since (this also wasn't the first time; look at the Cool Cat and Merlin the Magic Mouse shorts they made in the late 1960s! VERY similar.) Just my two cents.
