Saw this post on X/Twitter and thought it'd be interesting to share. There was this comic book series titled 'Scubidu' which ran in Brazil from 1978 to 1979. The stories are the same from 'Scooby-Doo...Where Are You?' from Charlton Comics, but recompilated. So the cover artwork are not the same as the original US run and they did not follow the gang's color scheme, with every cover having different outfit and hair colors for them. And in two ocasions they gave Shaggy the red shirt and blue pants - #4 (1978) and #10 (1979), a few years before Shaggy officially debuted his new outfit on The 13 Ghost of Scooby-Doo. Wow! That’s pretty cool! I wonder if that comic had anything to do with the decision for his outfit! Thanks for sharing that!
