The Scooby gang on Jellystone... or is it?

"Jellystone"'s third season dropped today on Max. The episode "Frankenhooky" had Yogi Bear and Boo Boo play hooky from their hospital jobs to explore an abandoned Cheese World amusement park. But as they do, Goober and the Ghost Chasers arrive, hearing spooky moans (actually from Yogi and Boo Boo eating rancid cheese) and suspect there are ghosts afoot. They proclaim they are superior to the Scooby gang, since they go after real ghosts. Yogi and Boo Boo notice the Ghost Chasers and disguise themselves as Frankenstein-esque monsters, but this just leads to the Ghost Chasers trying to catch them and beat them up, knowing they aren't ghosts. This leads to a few parodies of the Scooby-Doo tropes, such as "Scooby Dooby Doors" (when Yogi and Boo Boo run into a History of Doors museum and end up in a hallway with multiple doors, but stop after a bit when they realize the Ghost Chasers aren't going after them) and the repeat-pan backgrounds (it turns out they're running on a conveyor belt with a scrolling wraparound background!) Then when Yogi and Boo Boo finally remove their monster masks, the Ghost Chasers prepare to pummel them anyways... until the Scooby Gang shows up to stop them, complete with Frank Welker voicing Fred, Matthew Lillard voicing Shaggy, and Kate Micucci voicing Velma! Then they unmask the Ghost Chasers - by tightening the rope they're bound in so their masks inflate and explode like balloons - to reveal three members of the Really Rottens.

But when Yogi comments that it doesn't make sense, Velma similarly pops her head to reveal Cindy Bear! Then Fred tugs off his rubber mask to reveal Ranger Smith, Daphne unmasks to reveal Hardy Har-Har (rebooted as an old woman), Shaggy unmasks to reveal Tubb, Hardy unmasks to reveal Tubb's broken arm, Scooby unmasks to reveal a cottonball jar, Smith unmasks to reveal a dead character from Yogi's video game, and Tubb unmasks to reveal a tiny Yogi Bear! But just as Cindy is explaining it was all set up to teach Yogi and Boo Boo a lesson for playing hooky, the Clue Club shows up! Cindy scoffs at yet another teenage mystery solving group with their own dogs, until the Clue Club unmasks to reveal they are Frankenstein monsters and chase everyone! But then it's revealed to be all a nightmare Yogi and Boo Boo are having, passed out in the amusement park from eating the rancid amusement park food.

Overall, it was a really fun spoof!
