Welcome to the forum blt315! The villain isn't in any film or movie. The monster was also on another piece of merch I used to own, but I believe he was just created for merch and doesn't have a name or anything.

Looks like an orc or goblin. Not canon but similar to a combination of a Scooby-style vampire, sea creature, etc.
