Just to clarify, this includes both the New Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo Show and the New Scooby Doo Mysteries. Top 2 each have a huge case here but:
7. Night Louse at the White House
6. No Thanks Masked Manx
5. Scoo-be or not Scoo-be
4. Wedding Bell Boos
3. Happy Birthday Scooby Doo
2. A Halloween Hassle at Dracula’s Castle
1. A Nutcracker Scoob
I went Nutcracker over Halloween Hassle because while both are VERY acclaimed, more people know Nutcracker so it would make sense. After the top 5, it was basically choosing two out of a ton of episodes that have about the same level of acclaim, but I went with the two that I felt were a tiny bit ahead of others but I wouldn’t be surprised if no one else even mentioned them

I would say I pretty much agree with the list above, other than I'd switch Masked Manx and Night Louse. So:
7. No Thanks, Masked Manx 6. A Night Louse at the White House 5. Scoo-Be or Not Scoo-Be? 4. Wedding Bell Boos 3. Happy Birthday, Scooby-Doo 2. A Halloween Hassle at Dracula's Castle 1. The Nutcracker Scoob

Not sure about the least acclaimed. I’ve seen Quagmire Quake Caper get some backlash so maybe that? I am more familiar with the second series and from that one I would say possibly The Dooby Dooby Doo Ado.

I'd also pick "The Dooby Dooby Doo Ado" as least acclaimed from The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries, but for The New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show I'd pick "Scooby-Doo and Cyclops, Too" just because of how anticlimactic and strange it is.

Pretty much the episodes with Fred and/or Velma. Having the full Gang back together after the franchise finally figured out what to do with Daphne and Scrappy really made the dynamic work. The episodes themselves are charming enough, but I wish they had been... Well, better mysteries. The only one that really works as an actual mystery is the Nutcracker Scoob, but that one's missing Velma.
