Here's something that I have always found fascinating. What are the most popular and most liked episodes? I was actually doing research on each series and I think I want to make a thread for each series on my findings with 7 for most series. Acclaim takes into consideration critical praise and popularity so let's start out with the series that is probably hardest to crack the list for
7. Nowhere to Hyde
6. The Backstage Rage
5. Haunted House Hang Up
4. A Clue for Scooby Doo
3. Jeepers It's the Creeper
2. Spooky Space Kook
1. A Night of Fright is No Delight
None should be too big of surprises. Episodes like Hassle in the Castle and A Gaggle of Galloping Ghosts could be close contenders. I think the top four are the definitive ones. All are among the most iconic episodes ever and A Night of Fright is No Delight is probably the most beloved episode of all time. It is ALWAYS right at the top of lists like these so it gets the distinction of the most acclaimed episode of Scooby Doo Where are You

I would say my list is pretty similar, albeit slightly different.
7. What a Night for a Knight 6. A Gaggle of Galloping Ghosts 5. Haunted House Hang-Up 4. A Clue for Scooby-Doo 3. Jeepers It's the Creeper! 2. Spooky Space Kook 1. A Night of Fright is No Delight
Though I definitely agree "Nowhere to Hyde" and especially "The Backstage Rage" are critically acclaimed, I feel like "A Gaggle of Galloping Ghosts" and "What a Night for a Knight" are more widely praised, at least in my opinion (though the latter's praise is likely somewhat to do with it being the first episode).

I feel like A Night of Fright and Haunted House Hang-Up are still the most acclaimed according to T.V. Com.

Fair choices. Ones that I definitely had under consideration. I guess for me the critical acclaim of those two were too strong and gave them the last spots. It looks like we definitely agree on the ordering of the top 5

I feel like A Night of Fright and Haunted House Hang-Up are still the most acclaimed according to T.V. Com. Well A Night of Fright definitely is, but I have seen overall much more praise for Space Kook, Creeper, and A Clue than Haunted House Hang Up. Makes sense as they are among the most iconic episodes ever

A Night of Fright has that way about it but I prefer ones like "That Snow Ghost" over it tbh. How are you determining how acclaimed each of the episodes are?

Not a list of my favorites

Not a list of my favorites Send me some links in pm. If you're going off Imdb or EpisodeNinja.com then that's understandable than I see the logic. It’s not based off of one source. I’ve gone to forums, videos, imdb, episode rankings online, just a ton of things. I’m just doing my best to get overall representation of many sources rather than going to one. There are too many things to go back to and get links. Sorry

7. What the Hex Going On? 6. Nowhere to Hyde 5. A Gaggle of Galloping Ghosts 4. The Haunted House Hang-Up 3. Jeepers it's the Creeper 2. Spooky Space Kook 1. A Night of Fright is No Delight
Like this idea!
Mine is pretty similar to the above few lists. It pains me to not have "Foul Play in Funland" and "Clue for Scooby-Doo" on there but I think they just miss the cut, if we're going by how universally acclaimed they are.

A Night of Fright, Haunted House Hang-Up, A Gaggle of Galloping Ghosts are probably the three.

As for least acclaimed…
21. Don’t Fool with a Phantom (although this one thankfully seems to finally be turning around and getting its due praise)
22. Decoy for a Dognapper
23. Never Ape an Ape Man
24. Scooby’s Night with a Frozen Fright
25. Mystery Mask Mix Up

I'll do least acclaimed here too for fun. I agree with your picks, but I'd switch the middle three around:
21. Don't Fool with a Phantom 22. Never Ape an Ape Man 23. Scooby's Night with a Frozen Fright 24. Decoy for a Dognapper 25. Mystery Mask Mix-Up

I'll do this as well as it's good fun.
21. Don't Fool with a Phantom - (Doesn't really get a bad rap but just forgotten about, most of the time) 22. Never Ape An Ape Man 23. Mystery Mask Mix-Up 24. Scoobys Night With a Frozen Fright - (Shame as I think this one is a classic) 25. Decoy For a Dognapper
Seems these 5 episodes are welded to the bottom of most people's lists.
