So the film was leaked in full this afternoon. Given the news earlier in the day about HBO Max cancelling Mystery Pups, I'm imagining what happened is one of the WB execs finally had enough and just leaked the film. I really enjoyed the film and felt that the crossover was done super well. With the previous crossover films, it feels like the guest star was coming into Mystery Inc's world. This film is exactly the opposite: Mystery Inc. going into the Super Friends' world, which is honestly really cool. The film has a cinematic feel to it, but the Scooby formula fits very well into it. The basic plot of the film is that the Justice League has disappeared, and as a result, the Legion of Doom has begun causing mayhem all around the city. Overall, I enjoyed it and would put it in the top half of my rankings of all the Scooby films. It's such a shame that the leak basically provides confirmation that this was cancelled and will never see the light of day. It been leaked doesn’t necessarily confirm that. Green Lantern beware my power was leaked early, but still come out on Blu-ray although the league on that one was only two weeks early, also, this film is completed, while holiday haunts was only mostly completed, but apparently wasn’t 100% completed. According to the director of Holiday Haunt, who spoke with Variety, they were actually forced by WB to complete it because WB had already paid for it to be completed. Cervone said something similar when talking about scoring the film after it had been cancelled. Though he chose to score the movie because the musicians had already been paid, as opposed to WB forcing him to complete the film like what the director said. So hopefully Holiday Haunt leaks as well. Though to your original point, like all of Season 2 of Guess Who leaked and those episodes still aired. Then again, that was a series and this is a film, so things are radically different.

Can anyone DM me a link? I know direct links shouldn't be shared in threads, but I don't mind a message lol
Also, someone said it's a "Super Friends" crossover and not like a "Krypto The Superdog" crossover? So like, Hanna-Barbera references? I'm excited.

like all of Season 2 of Guess Who leaked and those episodes still aired. To be fair, the leaks of those episodes were people sharing recordings of the episodes from airings in other countries. This is the first actual leak we've gotten where something has been released before it aired anywhere. Also, someone said it's a "Super Friends" crossover and not like a "Krypto The Superdog" crossover? So like, Hanna-Barbera references? I'm excited. Yep, it is more like a Super Friends crossover, although the plot of the film is that they're missing, so they aren't necessarily in a lot of it (but the side characters and Legion of Doom is!).

It's not much to go by, but Gary Miereanu, a PR spokesperson for WB commented on a Tweet saying they would support the movie if it comes out and buy the DVD. I would imagine he would have ignored this unless they're really planning on releasing it, but who knows anymore.
There are some rumors it might be announced tomorrow, but we'll see.

So the movie was just a DC showcase of characters as expected, what a complete waste of a movie. They aren't even trying anymore, the DTVs might as well be dead at this stage.
A true cross over with the Krypto TV series characters would have been the perfect opportunity to reinvigorate the series, and appeal to kids again.

Have 20 minutes left, but here are some initial thoughts:
- Love that Fred and Daphne are treated as an actual couple in this movie with no "will they won't they" nonsense.
- Fred having a crush on Harley is hilarious when you realize this version of Harley is voiced by Tara Strong, aka Lena Dupree from Zombie Island, who Fred also had a crush on. Also, knowing what Tara looks like in real life, I'd probably have a crush on all of her characters too if I was straight.
- If this is "canon" to the main timeline, then it obviously happens before Wonder Woman's Guess Who episode since Fred and Daphne have no idea about the Invisible Jet. It also has to happen before Scooby-Doo! Team Up since they know Krypto there.
- Am I the only one who noticed Scooby had a massive crush on Krypto? Clearly all those decades of cross-dressing were more than just a visual gag. Bi Scooby is canon and I am here for it.
- The characterization of Mercy Graves as essentially an overworked college intern is hilarious.
- Holograms or not, Shaggy was going toe to toe with Harley, so he has to be a metahuman. Also, can we talk about his insane archery skills that have never been brought up until now? Wow.
- Lex Luthor's... kind of a man-child? I like it, but he is not scary AT ALL here LOL
- The Phantoms are the Justice League, right? I mean, the one chasing Shaggy and Scooby when Krypto first appears literally has a look of sadness on its face, and then when they all show up together they're clearly the Justice League.
- Love all the Super Friends throwbacks, since both properties are Hanna-Barbera; the Wonder Twins, Wendy and Melvin, their little pooch who's name I don't remember.
- I adore Daphne, but why is she the one who has an in with all the DC characters? She's Alfred's niece, Jenkins is besties with Alfred, she knows Jimmy from camp. We get it, she's the people person.
- Solomon Grundy clearly wants to pet some dogs, SO LET THE SAD ZOMBIE MAN PET SOME DOGS.
Edit: Can't believe I forgot, BUT THEY MADE FUN OF THE SWAMP GAS! THEY KNEW WE ALL HATED IT!
If this movie does get officially released, I'm buying it immediately. Hopefully WB gets it through their thick skulls that we would like to see the cancelled projects.

This character has been used in so much more than that. This movie is based off the comics of Krypto. Batman Hush, Superman/Batman World’s Finest storyline, Superman Man of Steel 112, these are all examples of media you need to read that involves Krypto being part of the Justice League. That show made it seem like he’s some hip talking dog, when reality all he is, is a dog that is a member of the Justice League. He’s Superman’s best friend.

Most people won't be familiar with the comics at all, Krypto was barely in any animation except Krypto the Super Dog, until that recent terrible movie. Krypto and friends would have been much a better focus, than SuperFriends, which I would rather forget even existed (the old cartoons were so bad...). If the SuperFriends was going to be the focus, the title name for the movie should have changed. Recent movies and TV series have been focused on celebrities, or worse PC stuff. The franchise needs to return to it roots, with decent mysteries, and more appeal to get new kids interested in the character.

Kids aren't going to be aware of the old Krypto show either - it's been like 15-ish years since it aired (05 to 07). There's no point in doing a crossover with an old series like that.

Just put reruns back on Boomerang and HBO. Problem solved. Kids could see it in reruns that way. If WB can reference 13 Ghosts (which is decades older) than they can reference 2005 Krypto. Gonna have to agree with Kirben on this one. Especially considering how Scooby crossed over with DC superheroes so many times. The 2005 Krypto cast would have been a nice change.
