Oh great, 4 episode volumes for the price of an entire season on some of the other DVD sets.
Shouldn't complain I guess, but I may wait awhile to see if a full season set comes out later. I've copying my DVR recordings over to DVD anyway, so I'll have them on way or the other.

Well, I guess a four episode volume is better than no DVD release at all.

Well, I guess a four episode volume is better than no DVD release at all. Oh yeah, I agree. It's just that considering how well this series is doing, you know they're bound to be confident enough that a full season set would sell, and could just wait and do that after the season ends. I mean with "Get A Clue" for example, which apparently was never very popular to begin with, I could see them taking a conservative approach and only release a few episodes at first to see how well they sold. But SD:MI is doing so well I can't imagine they're that uncertain about how well a season set would do. So in this particular case I can't help but feel it's financially motivated and they're just figuring fans will buy the episodes twice. Which is actually kinda funny for me because I'm normally not that cynical about these things. If they want to get them out there before the season's over, then I'd think they could at least package them in 2 sets of 13 episodes each. I mean, 26 isn't even divisible by 4 to begin with. LOL. But you're right, it's better than nothing. Especially if there's some good bonus content maybe. Mark

I don't see why they can't just release the first 13 episodes, especally since, like you said, the show's been doing very well.

I'd prefer 13 episodes, but I'm glad they're at least releasing something. Can't wait for it!

I am happy they are releasing SD: MI, but I can't see spending that much for 4 episodes. I think I'm going to wait to buy it until they release at least the first season. The episodes are on YouTube, so I could just go there to watch them if I want.

I can't believe we have to wait till January for the first 4 epiosdes, which we have all seen. We are about 10 episodes further into the series and by January, the season could almost be over.
