I finally saw it in English! Even better than it was in Hindi. Loved the storyline and Scooby and Shaggy's replacements were funny.

Also very nice episode. Great storyline and characterization. Daphne and her trombone had its own good lines and for the first time it wasn't dragged on, which is great. Fred and his contract made me laugh really hard. Shaggy and Scooby had very good lines but also the replacements were witty and enjoyable.

I was very dissapointed at how easy it was to guess the culprit this time with only two suspects, but it was a pretty funny episode, i loved how shaggy and scooby taught the replacements to use disguises.

Just saw this today. Wonderful episode, though I am always a sucker for spooky vampire/castle episodes!  Sheriff Boone was hilarious! His "I can't stay mad at my little munchkins!" comment towards the end was perfect. Well actually for that matter all of his cutesy comments were amusing. The replacements were great, particularly their confusion with the tricking the vampire bit. The gang asking where the replacements came from and Shaggy and Scooby's response "Eh, who cares?" made me smile as well. As others have mentioned though, my only real issue with the episode is that it was pretty easy to guess the culprit which was slightly disappointing. I suppose the humor was more of a focus in this one, which is cool too. |

Wow, just rewatched in English - it's about 3x as good at least when you can get all the jokes. Goes to show how great the overall writing and comedy is in BCSD - one of the best Scooby series to date in that respect!

Very fun episode. The lines and humor were great. The scene about tricking the vampire killed me. Though the actual mystery was meh the humor and fun made up for it.
9/10

Another winner, I don't think the mystery was meant to be the focus of the story rather it was a look into the role Shaggy and Scooby play in the gang.
