The Fawning over John Cena was just way too much. It probably wouldn't have been so bad if not for the placement between Stage Fright and Frankencreepy. But I guess it's my fault trying to look at these rationally and like other series or movies that care about continuity.
Loves Fred in Stage Fright, Fawns over Cena in WM, Calls Fred her Mystery Machine in Frankencreepy.
But if I try to just not think about the continuity..I did enjoy it. But I believe it was Scoobypedia that made a great point on Twitter that does make it at least make a little more sense.
Fred and Daphne have had this back and fourth thing for a long time. Regardless of reason, they both are afraid of the next step..Going from Best Friends to a Couple. And that may not ever happen. The point is till it becomes official both Fred and Daphne will be interested in others at various points.
Lol. I'm really giving Scooby Doo too much credit with thinking they really look deep into storytelling.

I thought that part was creepy. Cena is in his 40s. Daphne however is only 16.

Although the back and forth with Starchild was creepier. He's in his 60s.
