Well I think so. They say so pretty much: "Region: Region 1 (US and Canada This DVD will probably NOT be viewable in other countries."

On a Looney Tunes forum I'm on, we usually refer to those re-releases as "double dips." Remember "Scooby-Doo and Friends," how it was just a repackaging of the "What's New Scooby-Doo" Volume 1 DVD?

Well if it's anything like the Zombie Island/Alien Invaders double feature, it's a good bit cheaper than either of the movies on their own, which is a neat pack for someone who doesn't have either movie.
