Not sure, but it may be the Lochness Mess (last episode from Season 1). They are visiting Shaggy’s uncle and I believe the kitchen is that same color background and he does serve them some good food in the episode! I may be wrong, but check that episode out.

I just watched the episode again and I'm pretty sure it is "The Loch Ness Mess!" The color tone in the image above is a bit off, but the scene does happen when Uncle Nat is making breakfast.
