I found myself really enjoying this episode. Don Adams was very funny, and all the monsters in such a big mansion were all this episode needed.

It was good. Some website (I forgot where) says it's heavily based on The Secret of Terror Castle, so I looked up that book and read it. This episode is a total rip-off, but still good.

One of my favs. Don Adams is great, and seeing Scooby run around a horror mansion with creature costumes was an absolute hoot to watch. Lorne Chumley was also a fun reference to Lon Chaney.

I don't know why, but i always forget this episode. It's maybe the only episode from the first 3 series, that no matter how much i watch it just disappears from my head. Very bland for me.

The werewolf kind of looked like the werewolf from A Gaggle of Galloping Ghosts. This episode was pretty good. I liked the haunted house touch to it, and Don Adams was great.

The hangout episode of Scooby Doo. Chumley and his butler are wonderfully eccentric and memorable characters. Don Adams was one of my favorite guest stars from this show. Something interesting is this was not a traditional Scooby Doo episode which I really liked. Inside the house looked so fun to explore!

I liked it enough, but probably weaker than most episodes. I did really enjoy the mansion and Don Adams was great, but I can't say this was very memorable for me unfortunately

I've always enjoyed these types of episodes with tons of monsters in them, for whatever reason, so this was one of my favorite episodes. My thinking is more "you can't imagine the horrors in this house" when there's multiple villains, but I also totally get why that wouldn't appeal to everyone.

Another episode I didn't enjoy. Don Addams was very obnoxious and the monsters and bats bothered be so much for some reason

Don Adams deserved another episode than this.

My favourite episode of Season 2. I'm a sucker for haunted house tales and even though this is probably weaker than you're average 22min episode, it's still great fun. So. Many. Monsters. The creepiest scene to me has always been when another exterminator casually starts spraying the wall next to Fred, Daphne and Velma.

I completely agree with you about the haunted house tales being a lot of fun. The abundance of monsters in some of the episodes is one of the tropes I most enjoy in this series, and I don't think it gets talked about enough.

Plot: I enjoyed this episode. The mystery was interesting, and the large number of villains is always a huge plus. 7/10 Set Up: The old house was creepy. The many paintings of monsters on the walls created a nice atmosphere. 7/10 Villain: As I said above, I always enjoy an episode with multiple monsters or villains. I liked all of Lorne Chumley's disguises; they were great. 9/10
BONUS Guest Star: Don Adams was great. He was very brave and remarkably funny. His chemistry with the gang was adorable.8/10 Nostalgia Boost:+0
Final Score:7.7/10
