So, I don't know if any of you, or how many of you have watched Lok [Legend of Korra], and are fans of Avatar, [particularly those of ya that have watched Korra season 2] but scoob16 had made a comparison between the two series that I found very true and interesting!!! Hope you like! Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated
Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated | The Legend of Korra | Scooby-Doo | Korra | Shaggy Rogers | Mako | Fred Jones | Bolin | Daphne Blake | Ginger | Velma Dinkley | Asami | Professor Pericles | Unalaq | Mr.E/PickyOwens | Varrik | Brad Chiles | Desna | Judy Reeves | Eska | Kriegstaffebots | Dark Spirits | Evil Entity | Vaatu | Time of Nibiru | Harmonic Convergence | Nova | Jinora | Heart of the Jaguar | Raava | Dr. Rick Spartan | Bumi | Marion Spartan | Kya | Cachinga | Tenzin | Gary | Ikki | Ethan | Meelo | Crystal Cove | Republic City |
I couldn't agree more that they suit each other due to their place in the series and their importance and role!!! What do you think?

I've only seen the first season, my memory is a little fuzzy on this show, since it was about two years ago. I was a fan of the original Avatar though, and I loved the first season of Korra!

I really like this! Legend of korra, the last airbender, and scooby doo mystery incorporated are my favorite shows. I hope you don't mind, but your list inspired me to make my own comparison list. I only switched up a few things, and added some. There are gender cross-overs in my list, I hope thats okay. I think it's great when an audience draws connection from shows and gets creative with it! here goes:
Legend of korra-mystery inc. Characters: Naaga or pabu-scooby doo Asami-daphne korra-Velma Bolin-shaggy Mako-Fred Unalaq-professor pericles Desna and eska-brad chiles and judy reeves Tenzin-Cassidy Williams/Angel Dynamite Verrik-Vincent van ghoul Tonraq- Angie dinkly Councilman Tarlock-Mayor Fred jones Sr Amon/Noatak-The freak of crystal cove (this one is a stretch, the freak is the mayor's identity, while Amon/Noatak is Tarlock's brother) Yakone-Conquistador captain El aguire (the original freak) Lin beifong-Dean fenk (fun fact-same actress) Pema-Mayor nettles Hiroshi Sato-Baylor Hotner (there is quite an age difference on this one, but they are both rich, money hungry, and try to destroy the town within their respective shows) Amon's lieutenant-george avacados (this connection is weak but I had to think of a recurring villain Ginora-Hot dog water (mostly as far as their sacrificial role at the end) Raava-Nova Vatu-Evil entity Boomy-skipper shelton President of republic city-sherrif bronsen stone (a difference in comical nature though) Ikki and milo-tom and tub (the midnight zone) oogi-scooby the seal (the midnight zone) The triple threats-The wild brood General Iroh-cachinga Suyin beifong(book 3)-Rick spartian Uncle Iroh (spirit world)-Professor Kharon/dancing dwarf Ginger-Mai lee (the dragon's secret) dark spirts-annunaki northern water tribe generals or chi blockers-kreigstaffelbots Lord Zuko (book 3)-H.P hatecraft or harlen ellison Kya-Nan blake kai (book 3)-Mary ann gleardon Zaheer(book 3)-Ricky Owens/Mr E Ghazan(book 3)-Ed machine Ming hua(book 3)-Alice may P'li(book 3)-Obliteratrix (alice may's identity vs Ming hau's teammate-also the explosions really sells this one) Iway-Dan flunke (night terrors) Wolfbats pro bending team-ethan and gary Avitar Aang-Oswald P. burlington Avitar Ruko-frair sera katara-Burlington's wife (benevolent lodge of mystery circa 1880) Avitar wan-the mayan hunters of secrets the white lotus-the hex girls
Places and things: Pro-bending- Mystery solver's club state finals Harmonic convergance-Time of NIbiru spirit portals-planesphiric disc republic city-crystal cove Avitar cycle-mystery groups bending the elements-the 4 keys used by the conquistadors Team avitar-the scooby gang previous team avitar-The benevolant lodge of mystery the red lotus-destroido future industries-creationex fire nation during the hundred year war-animal mascots that turned evil wan chi tong's library-burlington library misty palms oasis-gatorsburg or scorpion wells air temples-old spanish church republic city-crystal cove I hope this is satisfactory. Also, I hope your and scoob16's fan fiction is going well. I plan to work on a seqeul series when I have more time as well.

Using the board above and some of pegassuscoconut's suggestions, I made a video of all the similarities between the shows, which is now up on YouTube!

I loved your video! It was very asthetically pleasing and fun since there aren't many interesting scooby doo videos on youtube anymore. I actually first saw it while searching YT for SDMI stuff (didn't know it was you yet) and it reminded me of our comparisons so I checked back with scoobyaddicts and was pleased to see that it was you after all haha. Great job, hopefully you will manage to make more videos about SDMI in the future considering they are scarce nowadays, and if I have time I will do the same (actually hoping to do a review or top 10 in the future). I'm also going to upload my latest miniature movie sets of SDMI next week from "the night on haunted mountain" to "the midnight zone" (they get uploaded way after I make them so I'm actually up to "wrath of the krampus" right now but It won't be uploaded till I finish a bunch to fit in a 15 minute video. Also, hope your fan fiction is coming along well. you've probably read the "disk mania" fan fiction but if not I would highly recommend it as I enjoyed it thoroughly. keep up the good work!
