you only needed to watch a couple episodes, bugs wasnt his normal snarky self, daffy as an idiot slacker, and lola was an utter ditz.

wabbit should be better than the Looney Tunes show- which frankly stunk. OK, I didn't say it was the best show ever, but some parts were funny. Season 2 though was the worst, probably because of the new Merrie Melodies... They weren't as catchy as the ones from Season 1...

I didn't like the looney tunes show either. But I only saw a couple of episodes. It varied quite a bit to me. It did have one thing in common with the newer Scooby-Doo shows: the way they dumbed down Lola Bunny into a scatterbrained ditz, very much like how Fred was portrayed in "What's New, Scooby-Doo" (except at least Fred didn't talk really fast like Lola did.) And I remember CN giving "The Looney Tunes Show" the same treatment as SD:MI did; the hiatuses and such.

Shows from the same stew all got that kind of treatment.
I have such higher hopes for this latest round just on grounds i find the CN style of today better to watch then the more serious style shows they chugged out. And like i said iMO i'm not sad any of them are gone. I would love more shows akin to the Scooby and T&J features, but i just have doubts when CN is involved.

I didn't like the looney tunes show either. But I only saw a couple of episodes. Yeah. I liked it... But not too much at first. Its a show you have to get use to. So like i started watching for real, after like season one. Season one wasn't that great, compared to season two.

My first post!!
I'm not totally against the animation style, I like when they switch it up because you never know what will work and what won't. I am curious though if they will have a continuity in this series or if it will be stand alone episodes.
That's one of my favorite things SD:MI introduced to Scooby-Doo and I think this one sounds like it would fit that mold with the whole "with high school over and one last summer to live it up" thing.

I'm at a loss of words for this....Warner Brothers has done the series no justice since the late 90's. This just looks and sounds...wrong. I just really, really hope they don't force anymore relationship drama on us and degrade the characters even further... I wasn't even expecting another series for at least two years since Mystery Incorporated just ended.

I'm not really a fan of that kind of model. I prefer them keeping to the older style of episodic with call backs to continuity when they want it or skipped if they don't. Especially given that this will air on CN which is not a network that will give a show like that a proper and consistent airing schedule to follow. But given they have already tanked all the shows they made like that, i doubt these new boots are going to keeping that standard.

The WIkipedia entry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scooby-Doo#Be_Cool_Scooby-Doo.21) "Be Cool Scooby-Doo![edit] On March 10, 2014 Cartoon Network announced several new series based on classic cartoons, including a new Scooby-Doo animated series titled Be Cool Scooby-Doo.[37] The show features the gang "living it up" the summer after the gang's senior year of high school. Along the way, they run into monsters and mayhem. [38]"
They finally get to finish school!

well, it will be interesting to see the villans stories and what not they come up with. it will be hard to top mystery inc, though It sure will. But I do anticipate to see the new show. I now have a feeling it won't be bad, at least for me. I like every single Scooby movie or series, yes, including Arabian Noghts and Get a Clue. Didn't say though that Arabian Nights is my favorite... Get a Clue was fine with me.
