I hate to say this, but I don't know if "Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated" will be rerun again for a long time, due to the Boston Marathon disaster, as I have seen quite a few episodes with events similar to what happened. I also say this because I remember similar censorship going on with 9-11, like a Simpsons episode being temporarily banned (the Twin Towers played a prominent role in it), and a few Pokemon episodes also being pulled or altered (one featured a giant Pokemon smashing tall buildings, a couple others has titles that would remind people of the disaster.) SD:MI is the only show I know that has recently been played on Cartoon Network depicting events similar to the Boston Marathon bombings (luckily there were no amputations depicted!) If this is a reason why, I wouldn't be surprised, but I would be disappointed, AND even more angry at what had happened (but thank goodness one of the guys responsible is now dead, and the other was taken into custody, only four days after it happened!)

A unsettling as it was for the people of Boston I'm not sure what effect, if any, the bombing will have on the scheduling of SD:MI. It is fantasy and there are no direct parallels (there were a couple of bombs but I'm sure you could find the same on may other cartoon shows - and then some). It certainly won't have an effect on how it is shown in other countries (e.g. it is showing in the UK at the moment).

I know of nothing in SDMI similar to Boston, so, what are you talking about in particular Wiley Kitt?

Yeah, I've noticed CN seems to have pulled SDMI from their schedule too. I guess it could be because of the bombings.
