The new episodes are on iTunes, but Amazon only goes up to episode 41. Does anyone have any idea why?

That's odd amazon wouldn't get them. I just checked VUDU to see if they had the new episodes and they do. I did notice it took iTunes took a day before they started adding the new episodes.

Amazon is a very dominant player in the market so much so that there is concern amongst the studios about Amazon becoming so dominant that it can dictate terms and the studios become dependent upon Amazon for their distribution. In the UK we had a major high-street music/dvd chain (HMV) get into trouble and it was reported that the studios bent over backwards to give them favourable terms to ensure they stayed in business as a counterweight to Amazon.
