Surprisingly, other than those I have seen every Scooby episode made.

None of the life action movies thought I've seem enough clips of the first two.
Probably a good few of the older episodes from the 60's/70.
The majority of 13 Ghosts.
Most things with just Shaggy/Scooby/Daphne and Scrappy (with Scrappy being the main reason)
Quite a few of the Get a Clue's

Very cool!
Does that also count scooby appearances on other shows? Like the gang's recent team up with Batman and weird Al on Batman: The Brave and the Bold, or their appearance in the first episode of Dynomutt's show, or all of Laff-a-lympics? (Just as a few quick examples off the top of my head)
