I think they're going to wait until the season premiere is closer before airing any ads for it.................. I think they should start running ads sooner though!!!!! Who agrees?

I wonder if that means season 2 is the end of SD:MI or if he is just sad it is the end of the season. It sounds like season 2 could be it!

It sounds like they just finished doing the voice acting for it but I also think it sounds like season 2 could be the end, but I've heard a lot of it depends on ratings. I want more SDMI!!!!!!!! Please have another season!!!!!

"And then Fred’s real mom and dad appears for the first time. Cute." I don't get that. I'm sure that if a translator from the show wrote this, they would be at least in their twenties, thirties, fourties, or fifties, maybe even older. Why would someone of that age call that "cute?" I could see a little 6 year old saying that not, but not an adult. Same with this line: "And their voice’s still the same. So cute!" .....What the crap?! I agree with you there. I wouldn't believe it if it wasn't for the fact that the information this person gave on Music of the Vampire I would have a harder time believing it. Although they did say that the relationship between Bram & Daphne was a lot like Twilight or something. Which was sorta weird to me cause it didn't really ever come across to me like that. Judging Brad & Judy from teenager photos they were indeed cute but, now...I'm not sure how that would be.

Do you think they will air a preview episode like they did during the serious premier?

I wonder if they'll do a marathon on the day of the season premiere like they did with the day of the season finale? or if they'll do a marathon on a weekend prior to the season premiere? Thoughts?

I had understood that SD:MI was intended to be just 52 episodes (Like Babylon 5 was always intended to be 5 series and when they thought they were going to get the chop at the end of season 4 they tried to bring all the plot lines together in a strange episode 'The Deconstruction of Falling Stars' and then they got their fifth series).
Now if the ratings, DVD sales etc. are good then they may do some more or do a different Scooby Doo but that would take time to commission, write, make etc.

You know what? It would be cool for a new follow-up series to SD:MI with The Gang leaving Crystal Cove after the mystery being solved with the disks, and going around the country to solve mysteries, at least for a time before they all go to Darrow University. Remember Fred's statement to Shaggy about them all living together in "Creeping Creatures" after high school? This could be that. They would also make a statement against their meddling parents, wanting their "freedom", at least for that short time. The new series could be called "Scooby Doo: Mystery Tour".
