I just found some pics from the last episode (52) of season 2. I don't remember if I saw them here, in this site but they came from the tumblir.com. Here they are: Cool that 2 of these showed up in yesterday's episode. I wonder what episode the last one will show up in.

As a lifelong fan, i can say that Season 2 has killed SDMI. I'm not so fanboy that I can't see things that turned traditional fans off. I think CN is burying it like they did Get a Clue. Now see, for me I liked it better than season 1. No more of that Velma/Shaggy/Scooby drama, they fixed that mess thank goodness. I don't really like this show any ways, they took a lot of what made Scooby-Doo a classic out of the series, has Shaggy said "Scooby-Doo Where Are you?" At all in this? That was one of my favorite catch phrases of his, I don't think he says Zoinks nearly enough. I just try to ignore this series and watch the films, hope the next Scooby series remains more true to the others Shaggy has definitely said that phrase in SDMI. Episode 2-14 Heart of Darkness, right after Scooby gets kidnapped. I laughed and clapped at them working it in perfectly, and I think it was more memorable for not having been spammed at us. For me Scooby isn't about their catch phrases. They're fun. They appear regularly, but I would never say that "Zoinks, Jeepers, Jinkies, etc" are what made this franchise a classic. Over reliance from the fans on catch phrases to define characters is just another way that characters get Flanderized over time. I applaud SDMI for taking those tropes and turning them on their heads. The real draw for me has always been the mysteries and monsters. Those are what really keep me coming back, and I've been watching since the seventies. Food hijinks, chases, and traps were also important. Music is also a plus, despite the earliest episodes being fantastic without it. For me SDMI has great mysteries and monsters (+ food, chases, traps, and a splash of music), and I love the extra development that the characters get compared to the older series. It's not for everyone, but I rank it up there with the original series and Zombie Island. It has all the things that make a great Scooby series for me. For me the unwatchable stuff generally contains Scrappy, leaves out around half the gang, or is Pup. It's different for everyone though.

Today being April Fools day, CN had alternate programming. (Usually Boomerang does their "Ape-ril Fools" marathon of monkey-themed shows.) The final five eps of SDMI commences tomorrow at 5 PM ET with eps 51 and 52 Friday at 5 and 5:30 respectively.
