Bit of erratic update, in the middle of trying to get my daughters A level subjects(and by implication her university course options) sorted. Will try to keep the two strands of drama separate.

Thanks, the English system tends to favour specialisation, going for depth in a few subjects, rather than covering a wide range of subjects though it is not as bad as it was when I was young. We have to pick just four subjects for her to study for the next two years (though one possible option does include some forensic science which would please the young Miss Dinkley). |

understandable russm. what topics are you aiming toward? In college I knew my passion was history, so I majored in it. anyway take your time on this russm. real life comes first of course.
