I was watching an old Scrappy Doo episode (DVRed from Boomerang), and I saw that Scooby Doo had a new programming block: Boomeraction, a block for beating up bad guys/criminals. Do you think this could be Scooby's new image, or a mistake?

I'd like to think it is a mistake. Scooby isn't a violent dog!

I think it is neither.

It's probably a mistake. But who knows, "Heart of Evil" could have gotten them all a new image!

I'd like to think it is a mistake. Scooby isn't a violent dog! Well, there's a lot of action in SD. Besides, after SD:MI, you can't say Scooby's no longer a violent show... ;D

I don't see how SDMI would change the way people view Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo.

I'm going to change my answer to "It was a mistake.", because I have noticed boomerang will air the clip that says "It's Boomeraction on Boomerang.", or whatever during many parts of the day, even when it's not Boomeraction. They will also show the thing that has lights turning off, and a Boomerang nightlight during the daytime. So, my answer is that it was a mistake, but not a mistake with showing that episode at that time, just showing the Boomeraction clip at the wrong time.

I don't see how SDMI would change the way people view Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo. I think he means because of all the fighting in"Heart of Evil" and how dark the show is could change their view.

Different shows are different though. Just because SDMI is darker, that's not going to change how I view SD Where Are You or anything else.
