If you're a fan of the show, vote for Scooby-Doo in ABC News and People magazine's "Best in TV: The Greatest TV Shows of Our Time" online poll. There are 15 categories with 10 nominees in each. Both old and new TV shows are included as nominees. Scooby-Doo is in the 13th category-"Best Animated Show". Other categories include "Favorite TV Theme Song", "Best TV Host", and "Favorite Reality Show". There will be an upcoming special in September on ABC to reveal the results. Scooby-Doo is going up against The Simpsons and other popular animated shows, so it's going to be tough competition. Go to bestintelevision.com to take the poll!

Great! I was wondering if you could also post something about this on the News page of your website to help get the awareness out.

Just voted for Scooby, but whoever made the poll screwed up. It said Scooby was cancelled in 1976.

I know, I noticed that too- how it says 1969-1976. I found that to be very odd. Scooby is obviously still around today!

I also thought it was odd they put Scooby in the "Shows" section instead of the "Cartoon character section"
I'm guessing the Simpsons will win for the Shows, and Miss Piggy will win for the cartoon characters. I hope Scooby will win though!

I also thought it was odd they put Scooby in the "Shows" section instead of the "Cartoon character section" It's because they are referring to the show not the character. And it's "Best Non-Human Character", with more than just cartoon characters.

As much as I want Scooby-Doo to win, my prediction is also that The Simpsons will win for "Best Animated Show". All we can do is vote and hope that Scooby will!
How many times was The Simpsons nominated, 2 or 3?

I added it to my site with the link to vote. I really hope Scooby wins, but like you all said, I think The Simpsons will win. I was hoping to see Scooby under non-human character, but he wasn't there. I voted for Kermit for that and hope he wins over Miss Piggy.
