Is there a Scooby Doo documentary out there? Like a history ofthe show, interviews, sketches etc....
If not I think we should try to get one made. Who else thinks so?

So lets get this thing going! Does anyone have connections with anyone from the series?

I have talked to Mitch Watson (producer) via Facebook, and with Michael Borkowski (animator) via Twitter. I wouldn't say I have connections though, but they may respond.

It would be awasome if there was one.

It can be presumed that Scooby's creators, Joe Ruby and Ken Spears, are still around. They could certainly spearhead such a project. Casey Kasem, Nicole Jaffe, Heather North, Stefaniana Christopherson (Daphne's first voice) and Frank Welker could also give some input if such a project were greenlit.
