I think it was supposed to be working in "The Internet on Haunted House Hill!" from Scooby & Guess Who?. It's not shown working though. Daphne asks Fred to turn up the heat and he's about to do so, but Shaggy stops him (since they needed it to be cold to deliver frozen pizzas).
