So, I'm looking to re-case my copies of Boo Brothers, Ghoul School, & Reluctant Werewolf. I was wondering on ideas from people here on what a custom cover could look like. I was thinking about a modified version of the photo below. I'd like any input!

Maybe I could use the old VHS covers for a retro look. Or I could always just edit the usual WB movie pack design. Would probably be the easiest way to go with the best results, but I'd have to add a movie!

Maybe do the 10 movies like the first pic but on the last line, put the movies on the ends and the logo in the middle.
A retro look would be fun, the dvd covers look good.

I'm having a hard time believing that Reluctant Werewolf will be in HD. That would REALLY be something!

I'm.having a hard time believing that Reluctant Werewolf will be in HD. That would REALLY be something! Somebody on my blog pointed out that because the film was digitally painted, it will likely be in a slightly lower quality HD (but still better than SD) as compared to the others. Not sure if that's the case, but I'm assuming that may be what happens.

I feel like the only way a Reluctant Werewolf HD transfer would look as good as the cell animated ones is if they used Ai upscaling to do it, but I doubt WAC would have the budget or expertise to do that. But hey! They could surprise us all! Ai upscaling has been getting pretty good over the last year or so. Last year they remastered the Gerry Anderson sci-fi series "Space Precinct" using Ai upscaling. This show was made in 1994 on tape like most shows from this era. Through finding some good tape prints and using Ai to boost it up to 4K I think they were able to get a fantastic result out of it! Here's what it look like before Ai. youtu.be/onthQKndoicAnd after. youtu.be/BCwNa3neqIE

Reluctant Werewolf has been ran through Topaz AI various times and looked absolutely horrible. Even Alien Invaders looks pretty good with it, but in this case it actually accentuated issues with the movie. I'm not sure that Hanna-Barbera's DigiPaint films were even recorded at full 480i. That said, I too would be delighted to see it looking better than the DVD version, which is the best version to date and still not great quality. Who knows, maybe they ported the old DigiPaint app to modern computers for a re-rendering? I doubt it, but that would be amazing. I suspect the low resolution was simply the limitation of the computers back then, sorta like how back in the '90s we had no reason for anything better than VGA ports on PC monitors. The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries series would stand a chance and a real release someday if they figured out a fix for this. This is very exciting news all-around and the sales of this release may determine if we get the Mook trilogy on Blu-Ray. I plan to pick this up as soon as I can at full price to send that message.

Seeing as this is a "Ten-disc set (7 BD-25, 3 BD-50)" and there's a few with bonus movies, I think it's safe to assume that the BD-50s are the ones with the bonuses. That's very good news if so, since that means they're not just cramming in two low-quality movies on a normal disc.
