The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo has always felt very D&D to me, so I'm planning on finally making some stats for items and monsters.
The first I've made is Flim-Flam's Lotsa Luck Joy Juice and can be found below. I plan to continually add to this thread over time.
Feel free to suggest what you'd like to see stats for in the future!

I just found "Toonkind" which is the perfect ancestry for most of the characters, so you'd just need a class to pair with it.

Digging through the Monster Manual these stood out as potentially usable ones.
-Mummy -Wraith/Wight -Ghost -Flying Sword -Animated Armor -Death Knight -Gray Ooze -Roper -Shadow -Shambling Mound -Minotaur Skeleton -Specter -Mezzoloth -Flumph -Flame Skull -Spectator -Horned Devil -Yochlol -Shadow Demon

It's definitely not official, but it serves as a very good starting point for cartoonifying the gameplay.
