Going through the classic old shipwrecked show, as a Scooby fan I noticed a particular episode worthy of mentioning here. But first to put things in context, Bob Denver (Gilligan) had previously played the beatnik in the Dobie Gillis show, and was cited as inspiration for Shaggy. He plays a similar character here and both Gilligan's Island and Scooby-Doo aired on CBS, both also later obtained by Turner and Warner.
Voodoo Something To Me particularly stands out due to it having a mystery, tiki masks, multiple traps set, and one character using phrases such as, "there must be a logical explanation for this," and "let's split up".
Gilligan's Island was often advertised on TBS during the '90s cartoon blocks but I never got around to watching more than an occasional episode until now. It's an interesting show and the episode above I can definitely recommend to Scooby fans.

I rewatched the whole series last year and totally agree with everything you said. "Voodoo Something to Me" definitely has that Scooby-Doo mystery feel to it.

Not to mention how the show has often used Castle Thunder for storm scenes, including the storm in the intro sequence, just as most pre-1990s Scooby-Doo programming has!
