I learned in another thread that one of the more recent Scooby-Doo comics published by DC contained 100% reprinted content (and it seemed as if the user regretted spending money on it). Could this be a sign that Scooby comics may be on the way out for DC, if it hasn't already?

They still are producing them but they are well past their prime with a lot of 'cut and paste' art. Both the ongoing Scooby Doo: Where Are You and the mini-series Batman & Scooby Doo Mysteries are really done on a tight budget, and it shows. I gave up on the former ages ago and only get the latter in the (proving to be wrong) hope that they'd put some effort in the stories and art.

No, not really. The "Where Are You" series is still going, 116 issues strong. They recently just finished up that Batman/Scooby-Doo crossover comic. And they finally seem to be getting over that whole "the comics must use stock art" phase, the last few issues seem to be more fluid.
That being said, they really need to release trade paperbacks for the first two comic series. "Scooby-Doo" and "Where Are You" aren't even on Comixology in their complete states, each one only has like 50 issues listed for sale.
DC hasn't given up on Scooby-Doo comics, but they aren't exactly fully behind them either.

Are they still using the crtl+v crtl+c poses for the gang?

Are they still using the crtl+v crtl+c poses for the gang? It's been better in the past few issues and they're using original art now, but before that, yes.

Are they still using the crtl+v crtl+c poses for the gang? I've been noticing much more fluid poses in the past few issues of the main series. The Batman crossover series that just ended was still stock art through and through.

Just picked up #116 to see and there's some improvement but still far short of what it used to be. There again I'm not the target market for this.
