Not too surprising, a sequel to Scoob! is apparently already in the works, though it hasn't been officially announced yet. According to Tony Cervone

I'm excited! He does just say "follow-up" though, not sequel as the article infers, so I think it's possible we could be getting a series as well.

Honestly I thought they didn’t even recoup the production cost and it was a flop at the box office, so I don’t get how they would be making a sequel, unless it really is a series instead. I know everyone here would want a series since Velma is not gonna be our typical Scooby series. I think I want one too if that means returning to the mystery formula. But he does mention hes returning to the Hanna Barbera cinematic universe which I think we can interpret as a new corporate superhero movie. Yuck. Also, it could be based off the images of the credit scenes of the first film maybe? Idk, we’ll have to just wait and see. Im still way more hyped for anything else than this (Velma and the Reunion Special specifically) just because the first one was a huge disappointment for me. But Im still definitely excited, especially since there's chances it could be a series. Also, I feel like this is the most Scooby we've had announced like ever. So much content, I can't keep up, love that for us fans.

Start fresh again. I still have no idea what Scoob was about. It was too disjointed and ugly use of the HB properties.
Or just do the Mystery Incorporated follow up, which is what many in the audience wants. WB would also benefit having 2 seasons of episodes for people to binge in the lead up to a new season.

I'm just not a fan. I mean, it was fun the first time. But ever since, it just sort of bogs down the episodes with pointless filler. Like, oh yeah, that whole thing... Well, can't wait for this scene to be over.
Again, worked when it was new. Didn't really have a sustainable shelf life though, imo.

Rumor mill was that it's a series spinoff set somewhere in continuity with Scoob. The pandemic and digital release completely boned the box office. Before the pandemic the total box office was going to be one of the make it or break it points as to whether that setting went anywhere. This got all hazy and confusing once they sent it straight to streaming.
Obviously as someone who made a whole thread of respect, my opinion being i think Scoob was mostly more respectful to HB than Mystery Incorporated was. But i'd argue Scoob was more faithful to Yogi's Treasure Hunt with the Scooby Doobies subbing for the Yogi Yahooeys than the original Scooby Doo template.
But at the end of the day if you already hated Scoob or Mystery Incorporated is there even any chance of a sequel winning you over? A sequel to either is a risk in themselves.

Minus the dysfunctional and toxic relationships, especially in season 1. Or the season-long story arcs that ruin repeat viewings. The story-arc was the whole point of the series and is what made it worth rewatching though? Still haven't watched SCOOB but everything I've heard about it has not made me excited for it or a sequel. I'm sure it'll be a cute movie or series or whatever but there are things I would personally be more interested in seeing, like a Mystery Incorporated sequel or a Hex Girls spin-off.

Don't know if it's a sequel or series, but even though it wasn't my favorite I still liked SCOOB! so am glad to be seeing more either way. Seems like we're being spoiled for content - with the DTVs, the reunion special, whatever that Trick r Treat thing winds up being, Velma, and this there's almost something for everyone.
