Yeah, I love a good fourth wall break. From Scooby-Doo to Chowder to George Lazenby's Agent 007.  A sure sign of a show not taking itself too seriously. But it can be overdone. Probably why it's died out a bit. Not just in Scooby, but other facets of entertainment too. |

Ninja Turtles overplayed this, kinda ruining it for the rest of the '90s and onward. Seems like 13 Ghosts did it often right before. It could come back.
