This had the most costume change Scooby trope scenes. It wasn’t as bad as I expected. I thought Scrappy looked adorable in his uniform. Im actually starting to enjoy his presence more and more. He has a better relationship with Scooby and Shaggy in these shorts than the original Scrappy series. Also, this is the 4th of 5th time that in Italian adaptation they made Scrappy sing a few notes from an Italian classic song. This time it was the famous verse “Volare” from the song “Nel Blu Dipinto di Blu” by Domenico Modugno. The verse means “flying” and he sings it while they’re holding onto the plane wing, so it makes sense. It’s not uncommon for Italian dubbing in the past to take creative liberty over the adaptation, depending on the dubbing studio and director

Didn't care for this one because of the whole "bully" trope again. Interesting to know the difference in the Italian version though.
