I think the best are:
The Ghoul, the Bat, and the Ugly: A really funny episode with a very unique premise of a Shadow Creature and a horror movie film festival
The Night Ghoul of Wonderland: A really unique premise with a creepy villain and a Sherlock Holmes robot.

My Personal Favorites:
I Left My Neck in San Francisco: Loved the vampire and the location especially Alcatraz prison. Also, Scooby and Shaggy thinking Daphne was the vampire was hilarious.
The Neon Phantom of the Roller Disco: Music was great and the monster design was very unique and stand out among the other from this series.
The Ghoul, the Bat, and the Ugly: Shadow Demon was creepy and the other guest dressed up as iconic monster was great.

There are only two favorites of mine:
"The Neon Phantom of the Roller Disco" - due mainly to the groovy disco music. "Twenty Thousand Screams Under the Sea" - due to Daphne looking hot in her bikini, though her bikini in "No Sharking Zone" in 1983 was a better color.

Some good, some bad episodes in this one. Haven't marathoned them like the first 3 versions, because Cartoon Network wasn't airing it regularly. Noticed on a recent re-watch that there are more episodes centered in the big city and not the usual country side and remote location like before.
