Honestly, what you wrote right there might be a cool storyline. Like with Santa, you could have the older girls maybe begin not to believe in him anymore, which causes the younger girls to wonder if he's real as well.

So does Krampus like give bad things or something or should I keep his original mythology of stealing naughty kids. 2. On the side, since I'm currently working on this, what ways could maybe Dracula and Y have poor communication and leads to mix ups perhaps?

1. I'd say have him give bad things to kids, otherwise it wouldn't make sense that the girls would want him to come (even they're not weird enough to want to be kidnapped, presumably). 2. How new are the interns, again? Maybe Y is so new that he doesn't know much about vampire culture and there's a cultural miscommunication?

Yes, they are pretty new. They don;t know anything about monster culture really. I see, what could he misinterpret culturally perhaps? My idea was like he doesn't get the volleyball terms of what Y says or misinterprets what he asks. Also, was wondering, it's just us now, but since you write, do you know anyone else who would be interested maybe in helping out working this?

2. Oh, you mean in a volleyball sense. How much knowledge do you think Dracula should have though? Like does he understand the basic rules of volleyball, or is he completely unfamiliar with the sport?
The two names that come to mind are Mr. Spinner (who is currently writing a Ghoul School fic that I've done a bit of proofreading for) and Wsdsrdbw4096, who I don't know as well but he's done a lot of Scooby fics and has done some insightful reviews/brainstorming sessions with one of my fanfics. Both could be contacted on Fanfiction.net.

I was toying with that as in regards to R, it could involve ancient egyptian or mummy culture and it could seem like a rehahs. 2. Neat, thanks.

1. I think it's pretty trivial and easy to come up with, like Dracula doesn't understand what a "serve" is or "matchpoint" or whatever term and gets irritated with Y. 2. I wouldn't do it twice, so if you're thinking about R let's just do him. Although would mummy culture be all that different? The standpoint I approach it from for my own fanfic is that mummies are just dead humans. Not to say that there wouldn't be a cultural difference, but I think it would be bigger/more apparent with a different species, such as vampires. Thoughts? Merry Christmas to you too!

I guess that can work. By trivial, I wonder if it's like a legitimate excuse to dislike him or think he's not fit to be there? 2. I see what you're going with. I figured though that each monster has their own different culture compared to humans. Though I still do like your whole idea of Y not getting vampire culture. I was wondering, what ideas did you have for that. I ask so I can compare it to my idea with R to see how similiar it is and if I can still use it.

1. I think it's definitely legitimate for Dracula not to like him. From the film, he seemed pretty overprotective of Sibella. Like, he literally threatened to kill Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy if any harm came to his daughter, when he barely even knew them.
2. Maybe Y could just spout out common (incorrect) stereotypes/assumptions about vampires, like they just drink human blood all the time or they always sleep in a coffin, etc. In other words, just having him be uneducated about vampires and their culture, which annoys vampires. Idk if you've seen the movie Hotel Transylvania, but sort of like how the Dracula in that film grew tired of the vampire stereotypes, for example the recurring joke about Dracula getting annoyed with people thinking he says "bleh bleh bleh." Would that work do you think?

Hmmm, it's plausible. Does it seem fit his attitude I described(i.e laid back, relaxed, chilled but also intelligent and where could he make those comments? While trying to teach him to play or a different scenario altogether, just looking around/showing him the court? Though thinking this through, is trying to teach Dracula how to play kind of a dumb idea/concept?

1. Yes, I think it fits well with his character. It's implied in the film that he doesn't see his daughter very much, so it would make sense that Dracula would be overprotective. A future plot development could be that Dracula later regrets judging Y, and was just unconsciously looking for reasons to judge the interns because he was afraid of losing his daughter, or something bad happening to his daughter (or something along those lines). 2. I don't think it's a dumb idea at all. Volleyball is shown to be a big part of Sibella and the other girls' lives in the film, so it's only natural that Dracula would want to learn about something that's so important to his daughter. He could just make the comments as Y is teaching him how to play, or looking around on the court. Either sounds equally plausible to me, so it's up to you. I also looked at the document the other day, and the new stuff you added all looks really good! I corrected a couple of typos but other than that, no criticisms.

So this incident makes him see Y as incompetent somehow? And good idea. I can use that at the end of this scenario I see, so what terms could lead to miscommunication? I imagine he starts with the serve. Maybe ones like attacker, Spike, Dig, Floater, Joust or Kill could work. Any others? 2. Oh to clarify, what comments? 3. Thanks. Also feel free to add ideas or write what you think could go on.

1. You already know more volleyball terminology than I do (I didn't know several of the ones you listed haha), so any of those should be great. 2. The comments about him being incompetent. Sorry if I was vague. 3. Will do! I'm trying to update one of my own fanfics before the end of the year, but if I get a chance I will definitely try to add some ideas to the document.

Oh sure, take your time. Honestly, don't know much either, just looked online and found them. Didn't know them either until a while. Since I gave you them, any ideas that could emerge from them. and I started writing and realized something. If Y is teaching him how to play, shouldn't he explain the terms so Dracula doesn't get confused or something?
