According to Amazon, Happy Spook-Day, Scooby-Doo! will be released on August 29, 2017 in stores which will contain three episodes, one of them being the never before released "Happy Birthday, Scooby-Doo" from The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries. While I'm super happy we're finally getting "Happy Birthday, Scooby-Doo" finally released, I'm a bit disappointed with WB's choice to fall back on the three-episode compilations once again. I'd much prefer getting sets like the 13 Spooky Tales ones again or at least something that's worth buying. I probably will end up buying it just for the unreleased episode, but it feels like a bit of a waste of money as I already own the other two episodes. www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B06Y2KGSFP/

Oh, well, at least they're not trying to pretend Scrappy doesn't exist anymore.

Good to see something being released that hasn't been released before. I agree the 3 episode release is a bit disappointing.

I recall the cover. I think this was released in another country years ago.

We've had this in Italy for at least 3 years indeed That's interesting, the Creepy Carnival DVD (which is released next week) was also released in another country years ago. I wonder if it's an effort by WB to get all the non-US DVDs released in the US, or if they're simply too lazy to come up with new DVDs?

This gives me hope for a TNSDMysteries box set still, teasing us with another episode from it and all.
It's like they're scared to release a box set for some reason... are they trying to milk it for all its worth before putting out a full season set?

Only thing I can think of is that maybe when they released the Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo Complete Season 1 set a few years ago, the numbers weren't very high so they're afraid to fully invest in another Scrappy set? Just a theory.

Just a theory. I hope this isn't the case! I don't understand it... They released all the puppy hour episodes on iTunes but not TNSDMysteries. It's arguably better. I can't understand why this series seems to be getting stalled. I just want a licensed way to watch it...
