I'll be picking it up. Same with Flintstones on 7/1.

Yeah, I've got the first one on order, wanted to see it before I subscribed, but those preview pages do look good. Like the bit where the cars were talking amongst themselves.

I don't like the different colored speech bubbles, but the rest looks pretty good.

Will be interesting how all the series connect. Ooh did they say they were going to? I can imagine Wacky Races just taking part in the Apocalypse but I'm not sure about Flintstones and Future Quest.

Yep. Some how. I don't know how much. But that was said. I'm skeptical. But ill try to find the source later. I know it's out there.

Ooh did they say they were going to? I can imagine Wacky Races just taking part in the Apocalypse but I'm not sure about Flintstones and Future Quest. I can dimly remember hearing that as well. Dimly is likely the right word to use. They never expanded on it. Been so busy today, haven't even looked for the link. www.rotoscopers.com/2016/05/17/dc-comics-hanna-barbera-beyond-what-you-need-to-know/It's mentioned in this article. Some of the technology from Scooby Apocalypsd in Wacky Raceland. Maybe the redheads are connected. ------ Hanna-BaHanna-Barbera Beyond: An Inter-Connected Universe? Remember when I said up top that the introduction to Warner Animation Group’s shared universe of Hanna-Barbera properties was two years away? Well, DC co-publishers Jim Lee and Dan Didio also have some ideas as to how the Hanna-Barbera Beyond books will connect and expand on each other. For example, the technology used to make Scooby talk with emojis in Scooby Apocalypse will eventually morph into the cybernetics that adorn Muttly’s design in Wacky Raceland. One other idea involves a ‘legacy’ of redhead characters that connect all the way into the future, where Jane Jetson would have genetic ancestors in the form of Wilma Flintstone and Daphne Blake. Speaking of the Jetsons, a possible story idea was brought up where the events of the other titles would be connected to the reasons for why The Jetsons live above the clouds, with the future family working to save the past.

I don't think we know for sure if Future Quest counts in that. Mostly because it's clearly designed to look more retro in comparison to how the others look. One would think Blip and Bandit would have different designs than seen on the covers if they are supposed to coexist with this Scooby and Muttley.

I was curious as to how they'd bring such a silly Hanna-Barbera show in an apocalypse (never watched the original Wacky Races but I know a few things about characters) so I read it online. In my opinion, the story was a little messed up, going back and forth from the Uberpass back to the present in the Armageddon Bar, it confused me. Also the art was a bit crammed and not clear enough. As a story, it's good. I may be checking out the rest of the issues online.
