At least Tom Kenny is back and Tom confirmed in an interview that the voice of Mojo Jojo will be back.
He also said that Craig gave the show his blessing and the new voices are great!

Why would they replace the original voice cast? They all recently returned for the special and it worked very well.
That's honestly very disappointing. I don't think I'll give this a chance.
