I could chip in. What is the underlying back-story? If you want to write one, pick a country and episode. I explained the backstory in the above post, in case you missed it. That's not exactly a back story. I'm assuming that you want one chapter to lead onto another one in a logical manner so what I meant was why are they doing this, what is driving them? Are they after a villain, trying to recover Velma's lost library book, hunting for the mythical Ascot of the ancients etc. If there is an overarching back-story (think X-files, Babylon 5 etc) to link all the chapters together then the whole should turn out to be the sum of it's part. I'll still have a go, it just makes it easier if I know where, story wise, I'm ment to be heading.
