Long before they had tread ground of bringing costumes to life in Cyber Chase, or in the second live action film or in the frights video game, the little me in the 90s watching re-runs of Scooby always wanted to see the return of Scooby villains being brought to life in a movie. So naturally i was more than happy that got to happen, but in my mind picturing how to do it, i always had an extra scene popping in my head.
I thought it would be cool if in the movie all the old scooby monster costumes were turned real and then at the climax, there could be cameos of other Hanna Barbera characters doing battle with the scooby monsters as Scooby and the gang confronted the big bad guy.
So needless to say as the opening sequence played out, that dream pretty much came true. Space Ghost punched the Space Kook! Now that was just plain sweet. Truly amazing moment in my book.
