Love how they made it resemble the old "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You" style perfectly. I imagine if Joe Sichta or one of the Sander Schwartz-era crew were behind it, Mr. Carswell would have looked completely different (more realistic), and would have that unfortunate "Adelaide Productions" influence common during that era of Warner Bros. Animation.
